Sample Production

Understanding the importance of sampling and prototyping, we have an in-house sampling team that will create all kinds of samples and prototypes, seeking your approval before starting production. Every season, we recommend over 100 new sample pictures and more than 200 kinds of popular fabrics and trims to our customers. Our sample development lead time is around 7-15 days, and the bulk production cycle ranges from 45-75 days. Whether you already have your designs or just an idea, let us know—we are more than happy to bring your vision to life.

To streamline sample-making, please choose one of three options to provide the necessary information.

Send Tech Pack

This is the most efficient and convenient way to provide us with detailed information about your clothing, including mock-ups, fabrics, sizes, accessories, and more.

Send Sample

If you send us a sample of your clothing, it helps us with fabric sourcing, size/fit/style matching, and understanding the quality you desire.

Send Picture

Don't have a tech pack?

No problem.

We offer make-to-picture and make-to-drawing services. Simply send us some pictures or even a draft of the style you’re interested in, and we will work with it.

What Do We Need From You To Make Your Sample?

Initial Inspection

Within the first 3 days of mass production, we must finish the first 10 pieces of final products, which will be inspected in details. If there is any problem, we will immediately adjust the whole production and solve all potential problems at the source.
In this step, we will check every detail carefully according to the original design and the sample, from size, color, sewing, zipper to button and more. By doing so, we can avoid possible mistakes and make adjsutment timely.

Random Inspection

Throughout the whole manufacturing process, we have arranged a quality inspector at every stage, who will check the samples picked out from the production line at random per hour.

If there is any defective product, they will be modified or weeded out, the worker who made it will be trained again until she is qualified.

Final inspection

We know that any defects, even the tiniest one, will damage your brand image in local markets, and we will work tirelessly to prevent this from happening.
We will arrange10 experienced QA to conduct 100% inspection by checking all clothes piece by piece to ensure no detail will be missed and minimize the possibility of mistakes extremely.
For the safety of user, we employ a needle detector to detect broken spurs, pins or other ferromagnetic substances left in the finished product.
